The one deal where we changed buyers on an already approved BOA SS ended up taking 3 1/2 weeks from the time they closed the file on the buyer that walked and giving us an approval on the back up buyer. I think we could have gotten it done in a little less than 3 weeks but BOA took 4 days to open Equator back up after they closed the file of the 1st buyer.
