I had a really frank conversation with a person in the Home Retention Department at Chase this week (who actually has a brain)about a loan modification I am working on for a client.  She revealed to me that Chase is actually waiting a year (or maybe more) for people to get back on their feet, so they can deny the loan modification applications and collect all the money people are behind...you&#039;re right...they are hounds here is WI too.</description>
