The beauty of Wells Fargo now is that right in the negotiator's email is provided their supervisor's name and contact info. I've been working on a file with Wells Fargo/Americas Servicing Corporation, & my negotiator is continuing to act like he doesn't have documentation that I've sent in multiple times. I know he receives my emails (he has responded on multiple occassions), but everytime I send the documentation he ignores me and then responds 5 days later that he doesn't have it???? The homeowner is about to loose his home and I feel like they're playing games with me or that I've been blacklisted. Is there anything to get them to do the right thing here? Virgil Bob & Chris,
