I'd contact their supervisor directly. The beauty of Wells Fargo now is that right in the negotiator's email is provided their supervisor's name and contact info. And so if you've been receiving emails from this negotiator, I'd go to their supervisor and tell them the exact same thing you described below.

Bob & Chris,

What can you do when you feel like your loss mitigator is playing games with you. I've been working on a file with Wells Fargo/Americas Servicing Corporation, & my negotiator is continuing to act like he doesn't have documentation that I've sent in multiple times. I know he receives my emails (he has responded on multiple occassions), but everytime I send the documentation he ignores me and then responds 5 days later that he doesn't have it????

The homeowner is about to loose his home and I feel like they're playing games with me or that I've been blacklisted. Is there anything to get them to do the right thing here?

Was this a retail Short Sale or a Wholesale. I thought you would have been the buyer for the A to B. Curious about you talking to the lender about an end buyer is what I'm trying to figure out. As always great stuff.
