		<description>Spoke to a few agents recently and they all have the same message which is we do all of our negotiating in house and outside negotiators aren&#039;t necessary, also that the banks have already discounted the property which is set. Plus all agent protect their sellers so there&#039;s no need for negotiators.
The only requirement is that you make a cash offer or POF&#039;s and have a contract in place. How do you overcome there objection and get the referral and be able to do the negotiations.</description>
